Built for hotels, PGs, cafes, co-working spaces, colleges & libraries
WiFi your guests love.Simple enough for your staff to run.
When a guest connects, they see a WiFi login screen with your name and your logo, not the router's boring default page. If your internet stops working, backup switches on by itself, so guests barely notice. You can see everything: who's online, how the internet is running, from one screen on your phone or laptop. And a real team helps you set it up and is there if something goes wrong. Built for hotels, PGs, cafes, co-working spaces, colleges, and libraries.
Guests choose how they log in. You don't have to set anything up again.
Trust, and legal cover
Picture this. A guest taps to connect, and boom, they see your logo, your colors. Not some boring router page. Instant trust. But here's what most owners miss. That same login is also your legal shield. Every guest gets verified with an OTP. Every session gets logged, automatically. That's exactly what Indian law expects from you.
No lost guests
Say your internet drops. No panic. Backup kicks in on its own. Your guests? They won't even notice. And you get a full record of exactly how long it was down. Here's the bonus. That same verified login, that clean log, it's your legal shield too, under Section 79 of the IT Act (the law that protects you if a guest misuses the network, as long as you can show who was online and when). Open WiFi with no password can't give you that.
No IT hire needed
You run every location yourself. One dashboard. Right from your phone. No IT hire. No technician on call. You can see, at a glance, which access point is up, and which one's actually down. Before a guest even walks up to complain. And if the police ever ask who was on your network? You pull up the full log in seconds. Who, when, which device. No more standing there saying, "I don't know."
Already trusted
Hotels. Cafes. Co-working spaces. Colleges. They're all already using this, every single day. And here's something nice. Every verified login becomes part of your own real customer database. Ready for WhatsApp marketing, SMS marketing, whatever you want. All while keeping your business fully covered, legally.
The alternative
Why not just use the router's free login page?
Most places start there. Here's what goes wrong once you have more than one router, or more than a few guests a day.
Look and feel
Router's free page
Just the router company's name, so guests scroll past it
Wyfy Guest
Your own name, colors, and photo, for every location
When internet stops
Router's free page
You find out only when a guest complains
Wyfy Guest
Backup switches on by itself, and you get a record of when it happened
Staff access
Router's free page
One password. Whoever has it can see and change everything
Wyfy Guest
Each staff member sees only what their job needs, nothing more
Guest records
Router's free page
No record of who connected, when, or for how long
Wyfy Guest
Full history of every guest, ready to check or download anytime
After login
Router's free page
Guest goes online. Nothing else happens
Wyfy Guest
A quick survey, an offer, or a voucher: the login screen brings guests back too
A Real Team, Not Just an App
We help you run it. You're not left alone with a screen.
Not just a tagline: here are four real things our team does for your property.
We set up your devices for you
Your routers, access points, and printers get added and labelled by floor, so you don't have to figure it out yourself.
We watch your internet, live
We check your internet speed and connection all day, every day, instead of you finding out it's slow only when a guest complains.
We switch to backup before you notice
If your main internet line stops working, backup starts automatically, and we keep a record of exactly when it happened.
We're there when something breaks
Raise a support ticket right inside your dashboard, and a real person replies, not a contact form that goes nowhere.

The guest journey
What happens, step by step, from "connect" to "comes back"
The full path, from a guest joining your WiFi for the first time, to coming back on their own the next visit.
A guest joins your WiFi
No app to download, no password to remember. They just pick your WiFi name like always.
They see your own login page
Not the router's boring page: your name, your colors, your logo, right away.
They verify in one step
By OTP on their phone, WhatsApp, a voucher code, or however you've set it up for that location.
They're online, and you can see it
The moment they connect, you can see it live on your Dashboard, under whatever limits you've set.
They come back
A quick offer, a short survey, or just a login that worked smoothly the first time: the reason a guest connects again next visit.

How it works
Three simple parts. One dashboard.
Nothing extra to set up. Nothing technical your staff needs to learn.
1. A guest connects
They join your WiFi and see a login page with your name and colors, not the router's page. They can log in with OTP, a voucher code, or a password, whichever you choose to offer.
2. It looks and feels like your business
Your login page, background photo, and printed vouchers all carry your own branding. You decide who can connect and when. No technical setup needed.
3. You run everything from one place
See and manage every location and every router from one screen. If your main internet line stops working, backup switches on by itself, and it shows up in your reports.

Your Internet, Always Watched
Real backup internet. Checked every minute. No more guessing.
We check your internet speed and connection every minute, for every router. If your main line drops, backup switches on by itself, and every outage gets recorded, so "the WiFi was down" becomes a fact you can check, not a guess.
- • Guest WiFi kept fully separate from your own office network and billing systems
- • Phone calls stay clear even when guests are streaming video on the same WiFi
- • Backup internet switches on by itself, with a full record of every outage
- • Check what's wrong with your internet yourself, before calling your provider

Who it's for
Built for the places that actually run guest WiFi every day
Hotels & PGs
Every room or floor stays separate and private, a login page with your own name and logo, and vouchers the front desk can hand out without any technical help.
Cafes & restaurants
A quick login by OTP or password, a short survey or offer on the way in, and WiFi that turns off on its own when you close.
Co-working spaces
Group members and events separately, give each staff member only the access they need, and pull reports you can actually show a landlord.
Colleges & universities
Keep every hostel and floor separate, students and visitors on different access, vouchers for events, and WiFi hours set per building.
No logo wall here yet, that slot's reserved, not skipped. We'd rather earn it than fake it: book a demo and we'll show you the actual product running on a real router, live. Go live with us and it works out, and we'll ask to put your name right there.
Use cases
What this actually looks like for your kind of place
Not the same feature list said four times: the real, specific reasons each kind of place picks Wyfy Guest over the router's free login page.
Hotels & PGs
- Every room or floor kept private and separate, so no guest's device ever shares a network with a stranger's.
- A login page with your own name and photo, not a plain router page that makes a nice property look ordinary.
- Vouchers your front desk can print or hand out for a room upgrade or event, no technical help needed.
- If your internet stops working, backup switches on by itself, so there are no more late-night calls to the front desk.
Cafes & restaurants
- Guests log in with OTP, WhatsApp, or social login: online before their order even arrives, no staff needed.
- WiFi turns off automatically when you close, instead of running (and being misused) all night.
- Set a speed and time limit per guest, so one person doesn't slow down WiFi for everyone else.
- A quick offer or short survey on the login screen: free marketing you already have in place.
Co-working spaces
- Group guests by member, company, or event, so a one-day visitor and a long-term member don't get the same access.
- Give each staff member access to only what their job needs, not one single password that controls everything.
- Guest WiFi kept fully separate from your own office network and admin systems.
- Reports on internet use, guest activity, and voucher use, ready to show a landlord or a partner anytime.
Colleges & universities
- Every hostel or floor kept separate and private, the same idea a hotel uses, applied across a whole campus.
- WiFi hours set separately for each building, so a library can stay open later than a dining hall.
- Students, parents, and visitors kept on separate access, not one shared password for everyone.
- Voucher codes for orientation week or a college fair, ready for hundreds of devices at once.
In our own words
No customer quotes yet, so here's what we can honestly tell you instead
Not fabricated five-star reviews, not a stock "hotel manager" quote. Just why we built this, and what we're actually committing to for the people who try it first.
We didn't set out to build another dashboard. We set out to fix the specific moment a guest can't get online and nobody at the front desk knows why.
We show you the actual product on a real router, not a slide deck.
If something in the dashboard doesn't make sense for how you actually run your property, tell us. That's exactly the feedback this product is built from.
Every guest WiFi story starts the same way: a login screen nobody designed, on a network nobody's fully in control of.
A backup internet line that's never checked isn't insurance. It's an assumption.
Guests don't consciously register that a router's firmware is unbranded. They register that the place didn't bother.
Want to be one of our first featured customers?
Book a demo, run Wyfy Guest on your property, and if it works for you, we'd like to put your name and your actual results right here, for real, once we've earned it. In practice that means a short call about what actually changed, a couple of real screenshots from your own dashboard, and a write-up you approve before it goes anywhere near this page. No fee either way, and no obligation to say yes.
Questions
Before you book a demo
The things people actually ask on the first call, answered here instead of making you wait for it.
Do I need to buy a new router?
Not necessarily. Our engineering team checks your existing router first and tells you clearly whether it's compatible. If it is, you keep using it, and Wyfy Guest adds the login screen, access control, and management on top of it, all from one dashboard, instead of logging into each router separately. If it isn't compatible, we'll recommend a router that works: you can buy it yourself, or we can buy and set it up for you.
What happens if my internet stops working completely?
If you've set up a backup internet line, Wyfy Guest switches to it automatically and keeps a record of the downtime. If you haven't set up a backup, guests see "no internet" like before; we can only switch between internet lines you actually have, we can't create internet out of nothing.
Can I offer just OTP on phone and skip WhatsApp, vouchers, and other options?
Yes. You choose which login methods to offer, for each location: OTP by SMS, WhatsApp, email, a voucher code, or social login. Guests only see the ones you turn on.
How does the free trial actually work?
Full access, for a set number of days, on your own real router, not a limited demo. You set up a real location and decide whether to continue once the trial ends.
Can I remove the Wyfy Guest name completely from the login screen?
On some plans, yes: the login screen can carry only your own name and logo, with no mention of Wyfy Guest at all. It depends on the plan, so ask us and we'll tell you clearly.
I manage WiFi for many different properties. Can I see them all in one place?
Yes, that's our plan for WiFi partners and installers: one login to see every property you manage, with each one kept separate and reported on its own.
I run a hotel or PG. What does this actually look like across rooms and floors?
Every room or floor stays private, so one guest's device never touches another's. Your own login page with your name and logo, not a plain router page. Vouchers your front desk can hand out for a room upgrade or event, no technical help needed. If internet stops working, backup switches on by itself instead of becoming a front-desk complaint. And guest phone numbers stay hidden from staff by default, shown only when really needed.
I run a cafe or restaurant. What does this actually look like day to day?
A fast OTP or social login gets a guest online in one tap, no staff involved. WiFi turns off automatically when you close, instead of running all night. You can set a speed and time limit so one laptop doesn't slow down WiFi for everyone else. And you can offer a voucher tied to a purchase instead of one shared password everyone writes down.
I run a co-working space. Can I separate members, guests, and event visitors?
Yes. You can group guests by member, company, or event, so a one-day visitor and a long-term member aren't on the same access. Give each staff member access to only what their job needs. Keep guest WiFi fully separate from your own office network. And pull reports on internet use, guest activity, and vouchers to show a landlord anytime.
I'm from a college or university. Does this work across a whole campus, not just one building?
Yes. The same ideas that work for a hotel floor or a co-working member work across a campus: separate access per hostel or floor, WiFi hours set independently per building (so a library can stay open later than a dining hall), students and visitors kept on separate access instead of one shared password, voucher codes ready for hundreds of devices during orientation week or a college fair, and reports you can hand to your IT team or budget office.
See it running on a real router.
