Full feature list
Everything guest WiFi actually needs, in the order it happens.
A guest walks in, gets online safely, your team runs it every day, you can see what's happening, and it helps your business grow. Seven simple features, in that order.
01 · Guest Login
Your login screen, not the router's
When a guest connects, they see your logo, your colors, and your photo, not a plain router page that makes a nice property look ordinary.
“A hotel lobby looked like a router's factory settings screen. That's the first thing we fixed.”
- Let guests log in by OTP on phone, WhatsApp, email, a voucher code, or social login: you choose which ones to offer
- Your own headline, welcome message, brand color, logo, and background photo, for each location
- Show the login page in more than one language (like English, Hindi, or others), set per property
02 · Access Control
Decide who gets online, and when: set it once
Set the rules one time: which websites guests can always reach, which devices skip the login screen, and which hours WiFi is even on, instead of deciding it fresh every single day.
“Nobody was deciding this stuff in advance. It was being decided on the spot, every day, at the front desk.”
- Let guests reach certain websites (like a payment page) without logging in at all
- Let staff and regular guests connect automatically, without seeing the login screen every time
- Set your WiFi to turn on and off with your actual opening hours, instead of running all day and night
03 · Network Reliability
Control your router, no technical knowledge needed
See your internet health, keep guest WiFi separate from your own systems, and set up phone-call priority, all from one simple screen, for every location. The moment your internet actually goes down, backup switches on by itself.
“We didn't want a dashboard with one green light that just says 'fine.' A connection gets slow and shaky for a while before it actually goes down. That's the part worth watching.”
- See your real internet health for each location: speed, connection quality, and a full history of when it went up or down
- If your main internet line drops, backup switches on automatically, and you get a record of exactly how long it was down
- Keep guest WiFi fully separate from your own business network, and make sure phone calls stay clear even when guests are online
04 · Staff Access
Each staff member sees only what their job needs
Create roles for your team, such as front desk, manager, and technician, so a front-desk staff member never sees the same screen as the owner, or touches settings they shouldn't.
“One shared admin password isn't staff access control. It's one careless click away from someone changing something they didn't mean to.”
- Every new staff member starts with view-only access by default, until you decide to give them more
- Choose exactly which areas each role can see or change: bookings, network settings, reports, and more
- Hide guest phone numbers and emails from staff who don't need to see them, and give each staff member access to only the locations they work at
05 · Live Insight
Know what's happening before a guest has to tell you
One screen shows who's online right now, how many people are connected, and today's numbers, with simple charts underneath showing the last 24 hours.
“We built this so an outage shows up as a number on your own screen before it shows up as a complaint at the front desk.”
- See live numbers: guests online right now, active connections, routers working, today's guest count, and average time spent connected
- See the last 24 hours at a glance: how many guests connected, what kind of devices they used, and busiest hours
- Download reports anytime: how much data guests used, how long they stayed, your most active guests, voucher use, and internet cost. Pick a date range and export it
06 · Guest Groups
Manage a hundred guests as one group, not one by one
Group guests by floor, event, department, or membership type, give the group one shared data limit, and add them all at once with a simple file upload, instead of creating each login by hand.
“A hundred guests stop being a hundred separate problems once they're one group with one limit, added all at once instead of one at a time.”
- Create named groups (like "Sales Team" or "VIP Guests"), each for a specific location, with one shared data limit
- Add a whole group of guests at once with a spreadsheet upload, so there's no need to type each one in
- See each group's status at a glance: active, expired, or removed
07 · Growth
Turn your login screen into a way to bring guests back
Show an offer, ask a quick question, or hand out a printed access code at the front desk, all using the same screen guests already use to get online.
“Every guest already looks at the login screen once. Most places leave that screen doing nothing. We built this so it does something.”
- Show a banner offer, a quick survey, or send guests to a specific page after they log in, and see how many people actually saw and used it
- Ask guests a short question after they connect (like rating the food or service)
- Print or hand out voucher codes instead of reading out a WiFi password out loud, and see exactly how many got used
